We are not trying to raise our vibration to suppress the shadow work that requires attention, but we are finding ways of integrating high vibrational actions to help us move through a shadow period.

If it’s coming up, it wants to be released. I like to see it as being a student, Life isn’t actually meant to be easy and our souls didn’t choose this human experience to leave earth the same as they came, the point is evaluation and whether or not you are willing to learn is up to you. but regardless, you will be giving the lessons you came here to learn through circumstances and it is up to you to break through these levels of life. When you shift your perspective from “everything is happening to me”, to rather “everything is happening for me”, you’ll begin to see how there is no good and bad, just one circumstance that paves the way to next to paint the larger picture of your life. This understanding will set you free from being a victim because you will understand the purpose every detail serves and you will begin to give the lows of life greater meaning, perhaps even find gratitude…and gratitude is the highest vibration! So when you make this shift watch it slowly integrate into a permanent perspective and naturally this mindset will bring your being into a higher vibrational frequency.

Flow State

flow state is when you are participating in something that requires your full attention and presence, but is not so challenging that you’re frustrated. To be in a flow state is to be fully immersed in what you are doing. In a Flow state your mind doesn’t have the ability to wander because it is so present in your activity. This can be anything you enjoy, like arts and crafts, dance, doing your makeup, working out, or literally anything you enjoy that requires your presence. Here’s the thing with affirmations, words are like spells, every word that you speak is received, absorbed, and effective. Oftentimes we misuse our words towards ourselves, undermine our value, and point out our flaws. These negative affirmations have likely manifested, if you believe the things you say to yourself, that’s a manifested affirmation. The goal with affirmations is to feel them, give them true power and intention, and then repeat them to ourselves to intentionally brainwash ourselves into a new belief, reputation breeds new beliefs, and your beliefs become your reality.
